Yes. Jenkins Design & Build LLC is a Certified Building Contractor licensed by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, license number CBC1264485. We are fully licensed and insured, and you can verify the license directly with the DBPR.
Our license number is CBC1264485, issued by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation as a Certified Building Contractor. A CBC license is what allows a contractor to legally perform structural and load-bearing work in Florida, not just cosmetic remodeling.
Yes. We handle permitted, inspected work from start to finish. Permits protect you: unpermitted work can cause problems at resale, void insurance claims, and force expensive rework. We manage the permit process and coordinate inspections as part of the job.

We specialize in kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, whole-home renovations, impact windows and doors, and both interior and exterior remodeling for residential properties. Interior work covers flooring, cabinetry, countertops, paint, and finishes. Exterior work covers siding, stucco, porches, lanais, and screened enclosures.
Yes. Load-bearing work, home additions, impact windows, and hurricane hardening all require a Florida Certified Building Contractor license, which we hold. Many remodeling companies have to subcontract this work out or decline it entirely. We handle it directly.
Yes. We handle insurance restoration projects including storm damage, water intrusion, and fire damage, from initial assessment through final inspection. We work directly with your insurance company and adjuster to streamline the claims process.
Not with us. Whole-home renovations run under a single license with one point of contact covering kitchen, baths, flooring, and structural work. That avoids the scheduling gaps and finger-pointing that happen when separate trades don't communicate with each other.
